How long does it take to get my order?
Due to the print on demand nature, our turn around is up to two weeks from the date the order is placed. Please note processing time does not include shipping transit time. We can only estimate delivery dates, we do not guarantee any arrival dates.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
For non customized items, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations on custom items. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order.
I messaged Sister Shirts on Facebook and posted in the VIP Group. Why didn't I get a response?
We do not handle customer service questions on social media outlets. Please email us with any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond within normal business hours.
Can we request a custom print?
Absolutely! We love working on custom orders. Please email us at email@example.com with your special request and use "Custom Order" in your subject line. Please include as many details as possible.
I want to order a shirt color that I do not see on the website. Are there other colors available?
We are happy to accommodate custom color and brand requests. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requests.
What are the care instructions for washing my shirt?
To get the most life out of your tee, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and hanging to dry.
My tracking number is not updating. What do I do?
When we hand off your package to the designated carrier, we are no longer able to give direct updates on your order. When a package has been scanned by the post office, we recommend to contact your local post office for an update. Please keep in mind that it may take a day or two before your tracking shows any movement after we have sent over for scanning.
