Our jewelers use a precise welding technique, closing your chosen piece seamlessly and ensuring a permanent, hassle-free fit that will never fade or tarnish. All of our chains are hypoallerginic, free of nickel and lead. All sales are final once the chain is cut.
Each piece typically takes 10-15 minutes to complete. If you're visiting with a loved one, please ensure you book one appointment per person. Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours before your appointment. We charge a no-show fee of $25.
Not at all! We place a leather patch over your skin for extra protection. One simple zap of light and you're done!
It's easy and simple! Here's how the process works:
- Select your chain of choice and the number of pieces you want.
- Choose between a ring, bracelet, anklet, or necklace.
- Our jewelers will custom-fit your piece to your size and style.
- Our jewelers then weld the piece together making it seamless and permanent!
If something happens and the jewelry needs to be taken off, we will weld it back on for free the first time. After that, we charge a $15 reconnection fee.
Yes! Use a pair of scissors and cut the jump ring that holds the piece together. If you later need it put back on, the first reconnection is free. After that, we charge a $15 reconnection fee.
Easy! We offer the option of clasps to put on the jewelry if the customer prefers a non-permanent piece.
Absolutely! We offer gift cards for permanent jewelry which can be purchased in our store. If you're not local, you can purchase over the phone and we email you your gift card.
