Refund policy

Because many of our items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


What Can Be Returned or Exchanged:

• Non-custom, giftable boutique items that are not made to order may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and has original tags attached.

• Made-to-order items that are part of our regular in-store inventory may also be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the same condition requirements.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customizable or personalized items (including items with custom names, wording, cities, etc.)

• Gift cards

• Sale or promotional items (including free gifts)

If we created something custom just for you, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued when Sister Shirts has made an error, such as:

• Receiving the wrong item

• A printing or production mistake

• A product defect

If this happens, please email us at hello@sister-shirts.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges:

 

We’re happy to exchange made-to-order items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at hello@sister-shirts.com to arrange an exchange.

If your return or exchange is approved:

• We’ll provide return instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
